Vibe's take
Clever, compact, thinky, relaxed
In Bordeaux you run a winery, making, aging and selling wine, all with a pencil and a sheet of paper. Over 13 years you send workers either to make wine or to gather resources, and you decide whether each job runs for one, two or three years. Longer jobs hit harder but tie up that worker, so the whole game is a timing puzzle about when to commit. As a condensed paper version of Fromage, it fits in a backpack and doesn't need a table.
