Cards sit facedown in front of each player showing a Roast Rating–the toastier the mallow, the worse it is to hold–and action cards let you peek, swap, or dump your crispiest cards onto someone else's row. Over six rounds you're juggling half-known information, trying to end up holding the lowest total when the smoke clears.
