Vibe's take

Methodical two-track planning – you're always weighing whether to invest on the ground or cash in that investment up in orbit, with a rocket-launch countdown adding urgency.

About this game

1998 ISS puts you in charge of building out the International Space Station, from training astronauts and loading materials on Earth to conducting experiments and installing new modules in orbit. Earth actions prepare you; ISS actions score you. The game ends once five American or five Russian rockets have launched, and the player with the most points wins.
